Dispatch & Delivery:

  • Please allow 2-3 days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
  • The delivery address used at the time of the order will be where the product is shipped. Please ensure this is filled in correctly, If you have made any errors please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Please ensure somebody is home to receive your order. Nature Prime will not be liable for any missed deliveries.
  • Your Sea Moss will be shipped frozen to ensure freshness and quality is maintained, once your order arrives please refrigerate immediately.
  • We ship using Royal Mail tracked services.

    We are committed to providing you with the highest quality sea moss supplements. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

    Non-Refundable Items

    Perishable goods, including our sea moss supplements, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We take great care to ensure that our sea moss is of the freshest quality when it leaves our facility. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot control the conditions it may encounter during transit or upon arrival at your destination.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

    Refund Process

    Our customer service team will review your request and may request additional information to process your refund. Refunds are processed at our discretion and if approved will be returned to your original payment method, please allow 3-5 days for this to be processed.
